Alyssa Giordano has extensive experience representing distinguished executives and managers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and U.S. multinational corporations across diverse sectors of industry. Her legal practice focuses primarily on employment- and investment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Rodrigues at The Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, and a former Research Assistant to Professor Edgardo Rotman, a renowned scholar in international and comparative securities law, having been published in leading European, America, and Latin American journals.
