Yes. Your spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 can accompany you under E-2 dependent status. Your spouse will be granted work authorization in the U.S., as an E-2 Spouse, and your children can attend school.
To renew the E-2 visa, you must show that the U.S. business continues to operate, remains profitable, and that your investment and participation in the business continue to meet the E-2 requirements. E-2 visas can be extended indefinitely, provided you meet these criteria.
