Our Process for Filing Naturalization Applications with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services
  1. The Firm will collect all personal information and documents required for the Naturalization application to be filed with the USCIS.
  2. The Firm will assemble a Naturalization package with all required documentation.
  3. After filing Form N-400, USCIS will schedule a biometric appointment at a local USCIS field office for the Client. The Client must attend this interview.
  4. The Firm will provide a list of documentation for the Client to compile, organize and present at the Naturalization interview. The Firm will counsel on what to expect and how to prepare for the interview.
  5. Complete the Interview! Once the preliminary processes described above are complete, USCIS will schedule an interview with you to complete the naturalization process. You must attend the interview at the USCIS office at the date and time issued on your appointment notice.
  6. Receive a decision from USCIS on your Naturalization application. USCIS will mail a notice of decision to you and our law office. If a Request for further Evidence is issued, our attorneys will assist in filing the response.
  7. If the Naturalization application is approved by USCIS, you will receive a notice to take the Oath of Allegiance and participate in a naturalization ceremony. If a naturalization ceremony is scheduled on the day of your interview, you may be eligible to participate in the ceremony at that time.
